Jellyfish to Octopus

Friday, September 3, 2010

Ethan has graduated yet another swim level. He was only a Jellyfish for a record month! They say most kids are in a level for several months. Between lessons twice a week and swimming every day at home, he's gone from being scared to float on his back in the bathtub to swimming the length of the pool. Next week he starts swimming as an Octopus and with kids that are ages 5 - 8 years old! We're really sad to say good-bye to two awesome swim teachers, Mr. Otto and Miss Vanessa, as Ethan moves ranks. Ethan swam with Mr. Otto for four months and he taught Ethan the bulk of what he knows. Now, we'll be with Miss Sammie for both classes. Way to go, Ethan! We are so proud of you! :)
